Shipping Information
Deadline For Orders
Orders must be received no later than 11:45 a.m. EST, Monday through Friday, in order to be shipped same day. Orders received after this time will be sent to our warehouse the following business day.
Shipping Charges
Our shipping and handling charges are calculated by the following method:
Prepaid Orders (Payment by credit card, check or money order):
Please add 8% to the total of your order plus $3.00 for handling - $6.00 if rush service is requsted (shipped within 24 hours M-F, standard shipping time applies). If placing your order in our online store, you now also have the option to choose expedited shipping. Real time shipping charges will be shown when placing your order online.
Billed (Orders placed with a Purchase Order):
To complete your purchase order, please apply 10% shipping to your order plus $3.00 for handing - $6.00 if rush service is requested (shipped within 24 hours M-F, standard shipping time applies) . We will charge you the actual ground shipping charge on your invoice. This charge varies by weight and location. If placing your order in our online store, you now also have the option to choose expedited shipping. Real time shipping charges will be shown when placing your order online.
Rush Orders
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt. A $6.00 handling fee is applied for requests to ship same day of receipt of order (deadline stated above applies). If Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day shipments are needed — additional shipping charges apply.
Shipping Options
Within United States
Orders are shipped via trackable methods. United Parcel Service or United States Postal Service (with delivery confirmation –- additional charges apply) are our preferred methods.
