DO I NEED PERMISSION TO COPY HIGHSCOPE MATERIALS?
All of HighScope's books and materials, including the contents of this Web site, are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unless your use of the materials is considered fair use, you must obtain permission to reproduce materials published by HighScope. When in doubt, seek permission is a good rule of thumb.
